Vice President of Design: Philip Leveridge

Philip is one of the country’s leading Industrial Designers. He spent the last 7 years at Design Edge (one of the leading consumer product design firms in Austin, Texas). Prior to Design Edge, Philip was employed at the Philips Corporate Design Headquarters (Holland). Philip has a long history of creating innovative and progressive designs with a focus on the Industrial and consumer electronics markets. He has received IDSA Gold and Bronze awards. His recent work includes : The Compaq Presario family of products; Symbol handheld scanning terminals; the “Galileo” Dual Flatscreen monitor, and the Motion Computing tablet personal computer.

Philip has consulted for Design A Storz (Austria); Planet Design consultants (London), and has lectured at the University of Texas. His work has been exhibited in museums in Chicago, London and Paris.

Philip holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art, London. He also earned a BA (Honors) in Industrial Design from Leeds University, England.
