Concept to Consumer
The FIRMA Product Group ’s business model is framed around our company
sharing in a customer ’s risks and rewards. FIRMA designs for the customer
knowing that we are not successful unless the product is successful. In terms
of operational models and financial rewards, this model means FIRMA typically
does not design to an up-front fee structure, but rather, designs in return for
royalties on the end product revenues. The critical piece of putting the product
in the hands of a consumer is provided by FIRMA’s well established marketing
and distribution networks.
